A teenage girl (our client) was injured while riding with her mother, when they were T-boned by a car that failed to yield the right of way. The driver of the other car did not have any insurance. We were able to recover money for the young girl through uninsured motorist coverage for her skull fracture, concussion and facial scarring.
In early morning rush hour traffic an employee of a construction company was driving his pick-up truck when he tried to change lanes and rear ended a father (our client)’s mini-van resulting in a concussion with memory issues and an inability to continue his work at Phoenix Children’s Hospital due to his traumatic brain injury.
A mother (our client) was T-boned on the driver’s side at an intersection when the another driver ran a red light. The mother suffered a concussion, as well as fractures to her ribs, left clavicle and right pelvic bone. The driver that ran the red light had minimum insurance coverage, so we recovered additional money from our client’s underinsured motorist coverage.
A grandmother (our client) was driving her golf cart to the pool to swim when a car pulled out in front of her. The woman was thrown from her golf cart resulting in multiple pelvis fractures, as well as her breaking her arm, and bruising her heart.
An armored truck ran a red light and hit a young mother (our client)’s driver’s side of her mini-van. The young mother suffered a serious neck injury and knee injury which each required multiple surgeries.
